At Anveshan, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our natural food products, however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a seamless return and replacement process. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we accept return requests within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order ID and clear images of the product received.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Our quality assurance team will review your request and the provided images to verify the reported issue, such as leakage, damage, or incorrect item delivery.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the product is kept in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- 4.Resolution
Upon receiving the return at our warehouse, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement within 3-5 business days.
